I first heard about the dream 100 concept from Russell Brunson, Then Justin Brooke. They both recognize the they learned it from Chet Holmes.
Not that it’s extremely important where it came from, but more so that this concept is used by some of the most successful people I know.
What is the Dream 100?
At it’s core you make a list of 100 people that you want to know, work with, have as a client or whatever. Then you do whatever you have to do to make it happen. Friend them on social networks, join their newsletters, send them mail, you get the idea. Your creating an apartment in their head for yourself where when the opportunity comes around they either reach out to you or are familiar enough with you, so you have an advantage.
I’m thinking of different ways I can take advantage of the Dream 100.
Russell used it to find the top 100 people that have the audience that he wanted to reach. Justin used it to land his dream clients.
Right now I’m a small fish in a big pond. I’m not entirely sure I have the capacity to take on some of the people who would be in my dream 100.
I want to reap the benefits of this amazing technique so I’m using it as a way to build my network. If the saying is true that your networth is the average of the 5 people you interact with most, then I want a network of allstars.
I’m having a hard time coming up with 100. I’ve got 7 right now, but I’ve already interacted with each of them on social media today.
Updates coming soon!
